The short version

This website doesn't sell your information, doesn't run ad trackers, and doesn't ask for anything beyond what's needed to answer you.

What we collect

The inquiry form and the flyer order form are Google Forms. When you fill one out, the details you type (such as your name, business, contact info and project notes) go to Shelby Social through Google. Google's own privacy policy covers how Google handles form data.

This site itself has no contact form, no login and no cookies of its own. Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

How it's used

Your form details are used only to reply to you, quote your project and deliver the work you hire Shelby Social to do. They are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Social media accounts

If you hire Shelby Social to manage your accounts, access is handled through each platform's own business tools wherever possible, and is removed when the work ends.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent at any time by emailing shelby.social.co@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
